BRONZE
My bronze figures all begin as clay models. Sometimes I have had to
go back and recreate a clay piece in order to cast it into bronze. I
love the look of bronze and some groupings have been popular
enough to warrant an investment in bronze.
I took many foundry classes at various places in my life. For several
years I was casting at the University of Minnesota. Currently I do all
my casting work with American Bronze Casting in Osceola, WI. It is a
family owned and operated foundry and they are very helpful and fun
to work with.
